Gypsum block production line

Hydraulic turn-over type mixer may mix the plaster and water uniformly and dump the mixed paste to each cavity of the forming machine automatically via hydraulic device. The mixing tunnel, agitation device and other device contacted with paste are made of stainless steel.

Our institute can supply complete set of production machine such as weighting and dosing system, mixer, forming machine, central hydraulic station, traveling clamp, mechanical clamp and others.

The parameters of gypsum block production line are as follows:

1.Production capacity: 100,000~450,000 m2/a, or as per requirement

2.Product variety: Common gypsum block (with rabbets and grooves around it)

3.Product specification: Length 666 mm, Width 500mm, Thickness 60,80,90,100,110,120mm

4.Product quality: In conformity with Building Material Industry Standard of P.R.C. JC/T698-1998 Gypsum Blocks
