Gypsum block production line

The travel of the clamp and lifting mechanism is of traveling crane structure, which has characteristics of flexible and light weight,accurate and adjustable positioning. The clamping force for the cylinderis proper and adjustable, which makes the movement of the cylinder easy.

Our institute can supply complete set of production machine such as weighting and dosing system, mixer, forming machine, central hydraulic station, traveling clamp, mechanical clamp and others.

The parameters of gypsum block production line are as follows:

1.Production capacity: 100,000~450,000 m2/a, or as per requirement

2.Product variety: Common gypsum block (with rabbets and grooves around it)

3.Product specification: Length 666 mm, Width 500mm, Thickness 60,80,90,100,110,120mm
