Plasterboard production line

Our institute can supply complete set of full-automatic equipment for whole process from raw material homogenizing, preparation, dosing, mixing, forming, setting, cutting, drying and edge trimming to stacking. And We have rich experience in oversea project.

The parameters of the plasterboard production line are as follows:

1) Production capacity: 2~50million m²/a

2) Product variety: Common paper-covered plasterboard, fire resistance paper-covered plasterboard, water resistance paper-covered plasterboard

3) Product specification: Length 1800~3600mm,Width 900,1200mm, Tickness 9.5, 12, 15, 18, 21, 25mm

4) Product quality: In conformity with National Standard of P.R.C GB/T9775-1999 Paper-covered Plasterboard

5) Fuel variety: Coal, fuel oil, natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)
